This past week, students celebrated homecoming with a large slate of events and activities. Club activities and free food were plentiful with events such as sidewalk chalk drawing, karaoke sing-along, pillow making, and diversity banner painting.
Students also enjoyed U-Fest Homecoming Blockparty, with food trucks, games, and music Thursday night. The campus came together to support breast cancer awareness by wearing pink and decorating the campus with pink ribbons.
Saturday saw a packed day with the homecoming football game at Republic Bank field where the Saints dominated the Cumberlands with a final score of 26-9. At halftime, the Homecoming King and Queen were announced with Diamond Vance winning Queen & Ethan Thomas winning King. The night ended with the rugby team crushing Miami University in an evening match with the Saints soaring by 111-1.
