Senior Political Science and Education major Cameron Weil is working as the Northern Kentucky Regional Director for Daniel Cameron's Senate Campaign. Weil secured the paid position after volunteering for some other campaigns in Kentucky and Ohio including Bernie Moreno's Senate Campaign and Boone County's TJ Roberts, a lawmaker in Frankfort.

"I am proud to be a part of Team Cameron," Weil said.  "This campaign is about faith, putting America first and putting Kentucky first."

Weil is an honors student and four-year TMU football player who was a founding member of College Republicans on campus.  He is proving to be a good ambassador for Thomas More.

"Cam has been really great," Daniel Cameron said.  "I've been impressed with the students I have met from Thomas More," the senate candidate and former Kentucky attorney general said.

As a campaign spokesperson, Weil has been interviewed by WLWT-TV News 5 and The Wall Street Journal among other news outlets.

Cameron faces several other candidates in the Republican Primary May 19th.

"Everything is looking good to send Cameron to the U.S. Senate," Weil said.
